AD7675ASTZ

AD7675 is a 16bit, charge redistribution SAR, fully differential analogue-to-digital converter that operates from a single 5V power supply. The part contains a high speed 16bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7675 is hardware factory calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure such AC parameters as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion ( THD), in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset and linearity.

• Throughput: 100KSPS and INL: ±15LSB Max (±0.0015% of full scale)
• 16bits resolution with no missing codes
• S/(N+D): 94dB typ at 45KHz and THD: -110dB typ at 45KHz
• Differential input range: ±2.5V
• Both AC and DC specifications and no pipeline delay
• Parallel (8bits/16bits) and serial 5V/3V interface
• SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
• 15µW typical power dissipation at 100SPS and power-down mode: 7µW max
• 48 lead LQFP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
