ADG5234 is a monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch comprising four independently selectable SPDT switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN input on the device is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make this device suitable for video signal switching. It is used in application such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems etc.

• Off source capacitance is 2.8pF typical at (VS = 0V, f = 1MHz)
• Off drain capacitance is 9pF typical at (VS = 0V, f = 1MHz)
• Charge injection is 0.4pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• On resistance is 160 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA)
• Dual-supply operation is ±9V to ±22V, single-supply operation is 9V to 40V
• Fully specified at ±15V, ±20V, +12V, and +36V, VDD to VSS analogue signal range
• 355MHz typical at -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 20-lead thin shrink small outline [TSSOP]
