ADG5433BRUZ-REEL7

ADG5433BRUZ-REEL7 is a high voltage latch-up proof, triple SPDT switch. This monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch is comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An active-low EN input on the ADG5433 is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The ultraLow on-resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch makes it ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. Applications include relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics and audio and video switching.

• Low on-resistance is 13.5ohm typical at VDD = +15V ±10%, VSS = -15V ±10%, GND = 0V, 25°C
