ADG801BRTZ-REEL7

ADG801 is a monolithic CMOS, single-pole, single throw (SPST) switch. This switch is designed using an advanced submicron process that provides extremely low on resistance, high switching speed, and low leakage currents. The low on resistance of <lt/>0.4 ohm makes this parts ideal for applications where low on resistance switching is critical. The device switch is normally open (NO). The switch conducts equally well in both directions when on. It is widely used in application such as power routing, cellular phones, modems, PCMCIA cards, hard drives, data acquisition systems, communications systems, relay replacement, battery-powered systems etc.

• On resistance is 0.4ohm maximum at 125°C
• On resistance flatness is 0.08 ohm maximum at 125°C
• Single supply operation is 1.8V to 5.5V
• Current-carrying capability is 400mA
• Switching time is 35ns
• Low power consumption, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs, pin compatible with ADG701
• −3dB bandwidth is 12MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 6-lead small outline transistor package [SOT-23]
