LOCTITE® 4304 is a light cured cyanoacrylate-based adhesive offering high plastic adhesion and low intensity curing. The product offers a rapid fixturing time of just 2 secs and a tack-free time of less than 5 secs. It also cures in bond gaps using surface humidity and can be used for bonding materials other than plastics, such as metals, ceramics and paper. It is designed for bonding applications that require very rapid fixturing, fillet cure or surface cure. The UV light cure properties facilitate rapid curing of exposed surface areas thereby minimizing blooming and providing an alternative to solvent borne accelerators. Suitable for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices.
