DG9424DQ-T1-E3

The DG9424DQ-T1-E3 is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) precision monolithic quad Analog Switch by using BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology allows it to operate on single and dual supplies. Single supply voltage ranges from 3 to 12V while dual supply operation is recommended with 3 to ±6V. Combining high speed (tON - 42ns), flat RDS(on) over the analog signal range (Ω), minimal insertion lose (- 3dB at 190MHz) and excellent crosstalk and off-isolation performance, the DG9424 is ideally suited for audio and video signal switching. It responds to opposite control logic.
