The 6288 series right-angle SMT FPC/FFC Connector with copper alloy contacts and a heat-resistant plastic insulator. The 0.5m pitch bottom contact ZIF connector has front locking. Their structures prevent FPCs/FFCs from becoming disjointed or inserted aslant. It is designed for applications such as GPSs and AV equipment for automobile use or electronics for industrial use which require resistance to vibration. When connecting with an FPC/FFC, the displacement of contacting points due to slanted insertion is prevented. In addition, FPC/FFC retention force is improved. Temporary holding structure for the FPC/FFC enables simple, on-finger operation, thus increasing work efficiency.
