EVALFS33MR12W1M1HM5TOBO1 is a motor drives inverter board with CoolSiC™ sixpack power module EasyPACK™ 1B. This is a 3-phase inverter board for motor drive applications featuring and demonstrating the usage of Silicon Carbide MOSFETs in this application. The evaluation board was developed to support customers during their first steps designing applications with the CoolSiC™ MOSFET modules in Easy1B packages, such as the FS33MR12W1M1H_B11, and the EiceDRIVER™ 1200 V, our isolated gate driver 1EDI20H12AH. Suitable for general purpose motor drive - variating frequency and voltage.
