BBTS500101LUA1TOBO1 is an evaluation board enabling capacitive load switching with the Power PROFET™ + family for 12V, 24V and 48V applications. This board shows how to use an external circuit with the Power PROFET™ + that requires capacitive load switching (CLS). The circuitry can be used for 12V, 24V and 48V applications by replacing the high-side switch with a Power PROFET™ + device that has the correct voltage range.
