The 2-111196-1 is a 50-position 2-row cable-to-board Ribbon Cable Receptacle with 30μinch gold over nickel plated phosphor bronze contacts and UL94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing. The system 50 ribbon cable connector is a receptacle connector that will terminate ribbon cable on 0.025-inch (0.64mm) centrelines. A phosphor bronze single mating beam contact provides the interconnect between the conductor and the 0.015-inch (0.38mm) square posts on the 0.050x0.100-inhc (1.27 x 2.54mm) grid. The latching feature is located on the receptacle, not the header and saves board space and eliminates future problems of latch height compatibility.
