VQ2B

VQ2B is a combustible gas detector elements sensor. It consists of two matched elements which are used for the detection of combustible gases, particularly methane in air mixtures in concentrations from 0.1% upwards. There is no interference from water vapor or carbon dioxide. The low power consumption of the VQ2 makes it suitable for use where the power consumption must be minimized, e.g. battery operated systems.

• Continuous operation, 2.0 + 0.1V bridge supply
• 0.48W maximum bridge power consumption (at 2.0V)
• 15mV/% methane minimum sensitivity
• Linear up to 3% methane
• 5% maximum methane concentration
• Ambient temperature range from -5 to 40°C
