SFH 7070 is a BIOFY® Biomonitoring sensor. Application includes earth monitoring (heart rate monitoring, pulse oximetry).

• ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
• Multi chip package featuring two green emitters and one detector
• Light barrier to block optical crosstalk, optimized for strong PPG signal
• Peak wavelength IF = 20mA is 526nm typ (TA = 25°C)
• Rise time (10% and 90%) IF = 100mA, tp = 16µs, RL = 50 ohm is 60ns typ (TA = 25°C)
• Fall time (10% and 90%) IF = 100mA, tp = 16µs, RL = 50 ohm is 60ns typ (TA = 25°C)
• Centroid wavelength IF = 20mA is 530nm typ (TA = 25°C)
• Forward voltage IF = 10mA, E = 0mW/cm2 is 0.84V typ (TA = 25°C)
• Wavelength of maximum sensitivity is 635nm typ (TA = 25 °C)
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
