AD7274BRMZ

AD7274 is a 12bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC. This part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55MHz. It use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates.

• Throughput rate: 3MSPS high throughput with low power consumption
• Specified for VDD of 2.35V to 3.6V
• Power consumption: 11.4mW at 3MSPS with 3V supplies
• 55MHz typ full power bandwidth, 70dB SNR at 1MHz input frequency
• Flexible power/serial clock speed management, allows max power efficiency at low throughput rates
• No pipeline delays
• High speed serial interface SPI®-/QSPI™-/MICROWIRE™-/DSP-compatible
• THD:-73dB max, DNL: ±1LSB max, gain error: ±3.5LSB max
• 8 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
