AD7366BRUZ-RL7

AD7366 is a dual 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) that feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The device contains two ADCs, each preceded by a 2-channel multiplexer and a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier.

• Programmable input ranges: ±10V, ±5V, 0V to 10V, ±12V with 3V external reference
• 1MSPS throughput rate
• Simultaneous conversion with read in less than 1μs
• High analogue input impedance
• 72dB SNR at 50KHz input frequency, 12bit no missing codes
• Accurate on-chip reference: 2.5V±0.2%
• High speed serial interface (compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP)
• iCMOS® process technology
• 24-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
