AD7616BSTZ

AD7616 is a 16bit, DAS with 16bit, bipolar input, dual simultaneous sampling ADC. The device contains analogue input clamp protection, a dual, 16bit charge redistribution SAR analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. Typical application includes power line monitoring, protective relays, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems and data acquisition systems (DASs).

• 92/90.5dB SNR at 500KSPS (2× oversampling)/1MSPS, -103dB THD, ±1LSB INL (typ), ±0.99LSB DNL (max)
• 8KV ESD rating on analogue input ch's, hardware/software configuration, on-chip self detect function
• 80 lead LQFP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
