AD8063ARZ-REEL7

AD8063ARZ-REEL7 is a rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier offering ease of use and low cost. It has a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making it easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7V. It offers a typical low power of 6.8mA/amplifier while being capable of delivering upto 50mA of load current. It has a power-down disable feature that reduces the supply current to 400µA. These features make the device ideal for portable and battery-powered applications where size and power are critical. It is used in applications such as imaging, photodiode preamps, professional video and cameras, handsets, DVDs/CDs, base stations, filters, ADC drivers, and clock buffers.

• Differential phase error is 0.04° typical at (G = 2, RL = 150 ohm, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 80dB typical at (VCM = -0.2V to +3.2V, TA = 25°C)
• Input voltage noise is 8.5nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm, VO = 1V)
• Bandwidth for 0.1dB flatness is 30MHz typical at (G = 1, VO = 0.2V p-p, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 8-lead SOIC-N package
