ADA4851-1 single is a low cost, high speed, voltage feedback rail-to-rail output op-amp qualified for automotive applications. It provides an excellent overall performance and versatility. The 130MHz, -3dB bandwidth and high slew rate make this amplifier well suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications. Typical application includes automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, consumer video, professional video, video switchers, active filters and clock buffers.

• High speed, 375V/μs slew rate and 55ns settling time to 0.1%
• Excellent video specifications of 11MHz 0.1dB flatness
• 0.08% differential gain and 0.09° differential phase
• Fully specified at +3V, +5V and ±5V supplies
• Rail-to-rail output, output swings to within 60mV of either rail
• Low voltage offset of 0.6mV, qualified for automotive application
• Wide supply range from 2.7V to 12V
• Power-down mode and low power of 2.5mA per amplifier
• 6 lead SOT-23 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
