ADG4613BRUZ

ADG4613 is a power-off protection ±5V, +12V, quad SPST switch. It contains four independent single pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. This has two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG4612; the logic is inverted on the other two switches. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG4613 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. When no power supplies are present, the switch remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance inputs, ensuring that no current flows, which can damage the switch or downstream circuitry. Applications include hot swap applications, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, automatic test equipment, communication systems, relay replacement.
