ADG601BRTZ-REEL7

ADG601BRTZ-REEL7 is a monolithic, CMOS single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch. The low on-resistance flatness makes it ideally suited to many applications, particularly those requiring low distortion. This switch is an ideal replacement for mechanical relays because it is more reliable, and has lower power requirements. The switch conducts equally well in both directions when the device is on, with the input signal range extending to the supply rails. Typical applications are automatic test equipment, power routing, communication systems, data acquisition systems, sample-and-hold systems, avionics, relay replacement, and battery-powered systems.

• Low power consumption, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs
• On resistance (RON) is 2ohm typical (25°C, VS=±4.5V, IDS=−10mA, VDD=5V ±10%, VSS=–5V ±10%, GND=0V)
• Source off leakage, IS (off) is ±0.01nA typ (VS=4.5V/−4.5V, VD=−4.5V/4.5V, VDD=5V±10%, VSS=–5V±10%)
• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 180MHz typ (RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, VDD=5V ±10%, VSS=–5V ±10%, GND=0V)
• Digital input capacitance is 2pF typ (+25°C, VDD=5V ±10%, VSS=–5V ±10%, GND=0V)
• Charge injection is 250pC typ (VS=0V, RS=0 ohm, CL=1nF, VDD=5V ±10%, VSS=–5V ±10%, GND=0V)
• 6-lead SOT-23 package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
