ADG608 is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer comprising eight single channels, fully specified for ±5V, +5V and +3V power supplies. The ADG608 switches one of eight inputs to a common output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and A2. An EN input on the device is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, communication systems, avionics and military systems, microprocessor controlled analogue systems, medical instrumentation, battery powered instruments, remote Powered Equipment, compatible with 65 V DACs and ADCs such as AD7840/8, AD7870/1/2/4/5/6/8.

• VSS to VDD analogue signal range, 3V, +5V, 65V power supplies
• On resistance is 22ohm typical at (-3.5V <lt/> VS <lt/> +3.5V, IS = -1mA)
• tON (EN) is 75ns maximum at (VS = +3.5V)
• tOFF (EN) is 45ns maximum at (VS = +3.5V)
• Off isolation is 85dB typical at (RL = 1Kohn, CL = 15pF, f = 100KHz)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is 85dB typical at (RL = 1Kohm, CL = 15pF, f = 100KHz)
• Operating temperature is -55°C to +125°C, package style is 16-pin TSSOP
