ADL5531 is a broadband, fixed-gain, linear amplifier that operates at frequencies upto 500MHz. This device can be used in a wide variety of equipment, including cellular, satellite, broadband, and instrumentation equipment. It provides a gain of 20dB, which is stable over frequency, temperature, power supply, and from device to device. This amplifier is single ended and internally matched to 50 ohm. Only input/output ac coupling capacitors, power supply decoupling capacitors, and external inductors are required for operation. It is fabricated on a GaAs HBT process and has an ESD rating of ±2KV (class 2).
