DG302ACJ+

The DG302ACJ+ is a TTL compatible CMOS analogue switch in 14 pin DIP package. This dual DPST switch combines low power operation with fast switching times and superior DC and AC switch characteristics. The on-resistance of this switch is less than 50 ohm and is essentially constant over analogue signal range. The switch control logic inputs are fully TTL and CMOS compatible and characterised with break before make switching and low charge injection. This device is ideal for battery powered circuitry, process control and telemetry, low-power sample/holds and programmable gain amplifiers.
