LT® 3469 is a transconductance (gm) amplifier that can drive outputs up to 33V from a 5V or 12V supply. An internal switching regulator generates a boosted supply voltage for the gm amplifier. Typical applications include piezo speakers, piezo microactuators and varactor bias.
- Piezo microactuator driver with boost regulator
- 10mV max input offset voltage and 100nA max input offset current (gm amplifier)
- 30V/mV typ gain at no load, VOUT = 2V to 33V, ±40mA typ max output current (gm amplifier)
- 100dB CMRR at VCM = 0V to 10V and 120dB PSRR at VIN = 2.5V to 16V (gm amplifier)
- Generates VCC Up to 35V (regulator)
- Wide operating supply range: 2.5V to 16V (regulator)
- High switching frequency: 1.3MHz (regulator)
- Internal schottky diode, tiny external components, current mode switcher with internal compensation
- 8 lead TSOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
