LTC®2323-16 is a low noise, high-speed dual 16bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Typical applications include high speed data acquisition systems, communications, remote data acquisition, imaging, optical networking, automotive and multiphase motor control.
- 5Msps throughput rate
- ±4LSB INL (typ)
- Guaranteed 16bit, no missing codes
- 8VP-P differential inputs with wide input common mode range
- 81dB SNR (typ) at fIN = 2MHz and typ -87dB THD at fIN = 2MHz, TA = 25°C
- CMOS or LVDS SPI-compatible serial I/O
- Guaranteed operation to 125°C
- Single 3.3V or 5V supply and 1.8V to 2.5V I/O voltages
- 28 lead QFN-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
