LTM8047MPY#PBF

LTM®8047 is an isolated flyback µModule DC/DC converter. This has an isolation rating of 725VDC. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, transformer, and all support components. Only output, input, and bypass capacitors are needed to finish the design. Other components may be used to control the soft-start control and biasing. Typical applications are industrial sensors, industrial switches, ground loop mitigation.

• Current mode control, programmable soft-start
• User configurable undervoltage lockout
• Minimum input DC voltage is 3.1V maximum (BIAS=VIN, TA=25°C, RUN=12V)
• VOUT DC voltage is 2.5V typical (RADJ=12.4K)
• VIN quiescent current is 1µA maximum (VRUN=0V)
• VOUT ripple (RMS) is 20mV typical (IOUT=0.1A)
• BIAS current is 8mA typical (VIN=12V, BIAS=5V, ILOAD1=100mA)
• Minimum BIAS voltage is 3.1V (ILOAD1=100mA)
• 45-lead BGA package
• Temperature rating range from -55°C to 125°C
