MAX11156ETC+T

The MAX11156ETC+T is a 18bit, 500Ksps, ±5V SAR ADC in 12 pin TDFN package. The single-channel, pseudo-differential SAR ADC includes a precision internal reference that allows for measuring a bipolar input voltage range of ±5V. Both inputs, AIN+ and AIN- are sampled with an integrated pseudo-differential track and hold (T/H) exhibiting no pipeline delay or latency making this ADC ideal for multiplexed channel applications. This ADC typically achieves 94.6dB SNR, -101.4dB THD and ±2.8LSB INL. Serial interface can be used to daisy-chain multiple ADCs for multichannel applications and provides a busy indicator option for simplified system synchronization and timing. It requires 500ns to acquire input sample on an internal (T/H) and converts sampled signal to 18bit of resolution using an internally clocked converter. It is used at data acquisition systems and industrial control systems/process control.
