MAX4477ASA+

MAX4477ASA+ is a wideband, low-noise, low-distortion operational amplifier that offers rail-to-rail outputs and single-supply operation down to 2.7V. Applications include ADC buffers, DAC output amplifiers, low-noise microphones/preamplifiers, digital scales, strain gauges/sensor amplifiers, medical instrumentation.

• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• Rail-to-rail output swings with a 1Kohm load
• Places output in high-impedance state
• Quiescent supply current per amplifier is 2.2mA typ at VDD=3V, normal mode
• Input offset voltage is ±70µV typ at TA=+25°C
• Input offset voltage tempco is ±0.3µV/°C at VDD=+5V, VSS=0V, VCM=0V, SHDN=VDD, TA=-40°C to +125°C
• Input bias current is ±1pA typ at VDD=+5V, VSS=0V, VCM=0V, SHDN=VDD, TA=-40°C to +125°C
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 115dB typ at TA=+25°C, (VSS - 0.2V) ≤VCM ≤ (VDD –1.6V)
• 8 SO package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
