MAX4583CUE+

The MAX4583CUE+ is a low voltage three single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This device can handle rail to rail analogue signals. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using single +5V or dual ±5V supplies. It is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, communications circuits, automotive, low voltage and data acquisition systems.

• Supply voltage range from 2V to 12V and ±2V to ±6V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Low distortion of less than 0.02% (600 ohm)
• High off isolation of less than -74dB at RL = 50 ohm, f = 1MHz with dual supplies
• Maximum switch on-resistance of 80 ohm at TA = 25°C with dual supplies
• Maximum switch on-resistance match between channels is 4ohm at TA = +25°C with dual supplies
• Low off leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (dual supplies)
• Maximum switch on-resistance flatness is 10 ohm at TA = 25°C with dual supplies
• Low on-leakage current of 1nA at TA= 25°C (dual supplies)
• Low channel to channel crosstalk of less than -73dB at RL = 50 ohm, f = 1MHz with dual supplies
