MAX4595EXK+T

The MAX4595EXK+T is a low voltage, single supply, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. This analogue switch operates from single 2V to 5.5V supply. The MAX4595 is normally closed (NC) switch. It has 10 ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 1.5ohm maximum RON flatness over the analogue signal range at TA = +25°C when powered from 5V supply. The switch offers low 0.5nA leakage currents and fast switching times less than 40ns. It is used in cellular phones, battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards and DSL modems.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Fast switching, tON = 35ns (maximum) and tOFF = 40ns (maximum) with +5V supply
• Charge injection of 2pC at CL = 1nF (TA = +25°C, 5V supply)
• On-channel -3dB bandwidth of 300MHz at TA = +25°C with 5V supply
• V+ supply current of ±1μA with 5V supply
• Off isolation of -80dB at f = 1MHz with 5V supply
