MAX4599EXT+T

MAX4599EXT+T is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch that operates from a +2.0V to +5.5V single supply. This device also offers 5pC max charge injection. Applications include battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, cellular phones, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, communications circuits.

• Break-before-make switching, TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
• On-resistance is 40 ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=1mA, VNO or VNC=3.5V, single +5V supply
• On-resistance match between channels is 0.2ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=1A, VNO or VNC=3.5V
• On-resistance flatness is 2.5ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V; ICOM=1mA; VNO or VNC=1V, 2.0V, 3.5V
• On-channel -3dB bandwidth is 200MHz typ at TA=+25°C, signal=0dBm, 50 ohm in and out, +5V supply
• Off-isolation is -76dB typ at TA=+25°C, CL=5pF; RL=50 ohm, f=1MHz; VNO, VNC =1VRMS, +5V supply
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.12% typ at TA=+25°C, RL=600 ohm, VIN=5Vp-p, f=20Hz-20KHz, 5V supply
• Positive supply current is 0.001μA typ at V+=5.5V, VIN=0 or V+, single +5V supply
• 6 SC70-6 package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
