MAX4624EUT+T

MAX4624EUT+T is a low-on-resistance, low-voltage single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analogue switch that operates from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. The MAX4624 has break-before-make switching. This switch also features overcurrent protection to prevent damage from short circuits and excessive loads. Applications include power routing, battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems, hard drives.

• Overcurrent protection, pin compatible with MAX4544
• Guaranteed break-before-make, TTL-logic compatible (+5V supply)
• 1.8V to +5.5V single-supply operation
• On-resistance flatness is 0.12ohm maximum at TA=+25°C, +5V supply
• Turn-on time is 50ns max at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• Turn-off time is 50ns max at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• On-Resistance is 1ohm max at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, VNO or VNC=3.5V, ICOM=100mA
• 6 SOT23-6 package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
