MAX4653EUE+

The MAX4653EUE+ is a low voltage, 4ohm, quad, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and off leakage current of 0.1nA at+25°C. Switch is ideal in low distortion applications and is the preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements, requires less board space and is more reliable than mechanical relays. Typically used at battery powered systems, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits, communications circuits and relay replacement.

• Supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Two NO and two NC switch
• On-resistance of 4ohm max at 5V and 7ohm max at 3V
• On-resistance flatness of 0.8ohm max at 5V and 2.5ohm max at 3V
• On-resistance matching of 0.2ohm max (+2.7V to +5.5V)
• 1.8V operation, on-resistance 30 ohm (typ) over temperature tON 20ns typ, tOFF 12ns (typ)
• Crosstalk of-100dB at 1MHz
• Off-isolation of -75dB at 1MHz
