MAX4675EUT+T

MAX4675EUT+T is a single analogue switch. This switch can handle Rail-to-Rail® analogue signals. It is ideal in low-distortion applications and is the preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has a single normally open (NO) switch. Applications include reed relay replacement, test equipment, communications systems, PBX, PABX systems, audio signal routing, avionics, ADC systems, and data-acquisition systems.

• On-resistance is 2.4ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, V-=-4.5V, ICOM= 50mA; VNO or VNC=±3.3V
• On-resistance flatness is 0.4ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V +=4.5V, V -= - 4.5V, IC OM=50mA
• Charge injection is 87pC typ at TA=+25°C, RGEN=0 ohm, CL= 1nF, VGEN=0
• Off-isolation is -75dB typ at TA=+25°C, RL= 50 ohm, CL= 5pF, f=1MHz
• On-channel bandwidth (-3dB) is 250MHz typ at RS= 50 ohm, RL= 50 ohm
• Supply voltage range from ±2.7 to ±5.5V
• Positive supply current is 0.002µA at TA=+25°C, VIN=0 or 5.5V, V+=5.5V, V-=-5.5V
• On-capacitance is 350pF typ at TA=+25°C, f=1MHz
• 6 SOT23-6 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
