The micro:bit has a combined accelerometer and magnetometer chip that provides 3-axis sensing and magnetic field strength sensing. The onboard MEMs microphone provides a sound input for the micro:bit and a built-in LED indicator that shows the user when the microphone is powered. Other enhancements include more computing power and an energy saving mode to prolong battery life. The micro:bit Club Pack is ideal for school classes, clubs and other gatherings - it contains ten complete Starter Kits, each with a micro:bit, USB cable, battery holder, batteries and quick start guide.
