MF-GSMF300/36X-2 is a MF-GSMF series Multifuse® freeXpansion™ Design PTC resettable fuse. Application includes telematics with CAN, Bluetooth, WLAN, GPS and UMTS/LTE, industrial controls, and IEEE ports.
- High power ratings, low profile, utilizes innovative freeXpansion™ design
- Surface mount packaging for automated assembly
- 36V maximum voltage rating, 20amps maximum current
- 3.0amps hold current (at 23°C), 5.2amps Itrip
- 0.01 to 0.06ohms (at 23°C) resistance range, max time to trip is 8.0amps (23°C), 20.0seconds (23°C)
- 1.5watts typ tripped power dissipation (23°C)
- Class 6 (per AEC-Q200-2, HBM) ESD classification
- Humidity aging is +85°C, 85% R.H. 1000 hours (±5% typical resistance change)
