2.5A output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler with low ICC and UVLO. It is suitable for use in IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, inverter for industrial motor, inverter for electrical home appliances and switching power supplies (SPS).
- 2.5A maximum and 2A minimum peak output current
- 15KV/μs minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1500V
- 0.5V maximum low level output voltage (VOL)
- ICC = 3mA maximum supply current
- Under Voltage Lock-Out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- 500ns maximum switching speeds
- 3750VRMS for 1 minute UL1577 recognized
- CSA approved
- IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 approved (VIORM = 891 Vpeak)
