The HCPL-354-000E is a 1-channel 4-pin SMD mini-flat type Phototransistor Optocoupler contains a phototransistor, optically coupled to two light emitting diodes connected inverse parallel. It can operate directly by AC input current. The small dimension of this product allows significant space saving. It is suitable for programmable controllers, AC/DC-input modules and AC line/digital logic isolation.
