SIC451EVB-A is a microBUCK® evaluation board. microBUCK® evaluation board is a power management IC development tool for the SiC451 PMBus 1.3 compliant. The SiC451 is a PMBus 1.3 compliant non-isolated DC/DC buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs. It is capable of supplying up to 25A continuous output current.
- Single supply operation from 4.5V to 20V input voltage
- Scalable solution with continuous output current of 25A
- Adjustable output voltage from 0.3V to 12V
- Built in 5V regulator for internal circuits and driver supply
- 1% output voltage accuracy over temperature
- Ultrafast transient response
- 98% peak efficiency
- Optional power save mode
