The ACSL-6400-00TE from Avago is a surface mount truly isolated multi channel and bi-directional, 15MBd digital logic gate optocoupler in 16 pin SOIC package. Integration of multiple optocoupler in monolithic form is achieved through patented process technology. This high channel density make them ideally suited to isolating data conversion devices, parallel buses and peripheral interfaces. This optocoupler widely used in serial peripheral interface (SPI), inter-integrated interface (I2C), full duplex communication, isolated line receiver, microprocessor system interfaces, digital isolation for A/D and D/A conversion, instrument input/output isolation and ground loop elimination.
