ATF-511P8-BLK

The ATF-511P8-BLK is a low-noise Pseudomorphic HEMT housed in a JEDEC standard leadless plastic chip carrier (LPCC) package. The device is ideal as a high linearity, low-noise, medium power amplifier. Its operating frequency range is from 50MHz to 6GHz. The thermally efficient package and its backside metallization provide excellent thermal dissipation as well as visual evidence of solder reflow.
