The 187-0019 is a 0.008 to 0.020-inch Plastigauge, made of plastic. This plastigauge provides a simple but accurate method for measurement of running/static clearance between hidden surfaces, such as big end or mains bearings, pipe flanges, head gasket, high spots, housings, injection moulding tools etc. Can highlight, clearance, lobing, ovality on shafts. Volumetric measurement takes surface roughness into account.
