LM2903QS-13

LM2903QS-13 is a dual-channel device that consists of two independent precision voltage comparators with a very low input offset voltage specification. This is designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however, operation from split power supplies is also possible. This offers a low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

• Qualified to AEC-Q100 grade 1 and automotive compliant, PPAP capable
• Very low supply current drain – independent of supply voltage
• Common-mode input voltage range includes ground
• Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
• Output voltage compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS
• Input offset voltage is 1mV typ at TA = +25°C, VIC = VCMR Min, VO = 1.4V, VCC = 5V to 30V
• Input bias current is 25nA typ at TA = +25°C, IIN+ or IIN- with OUT in linear range, VCM = 0V
• Voltage gain is 200V/mV typ at TA = +25°C, VCC = 15V, VOUT = 1V to 11V, RL ≥ 15kohm
• SO-8 package
• Ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
