RS1MWF-7

RS1MWF-7 is a 1A surface mount fast recovery rectifier. It is a rectifier packaged in the small form factor, low profile SOD123F (standard). Providing fast recovery time for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, and high surge current capability, this device is ideal for use in general rectification applications such as switching mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors/chargers, and mobile devices.

• Low reverse leakage current, total capacitance is 8pF typical at (VR = 4.0VDC, f = 1MHz)
• High reverse breakdown voltage, reverse recovery time is 240ns typical
• Reverse breakdown voltage is 1,000V minimum at (IR = 5µA, TA = +25°C)
• Forward voltage drop is 1V typical at (IF = 1A, TJ = +25°C)
• Leakage current is 0.2µA typical at (VR = 1,000V, TJ = +25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, SOD123F package
