EV1HMC520ALC4 is an evaluation board to evaluate HMC520ALC4 6GHz to 10GHz, GaAs, MMIC, I/Q mixer. The evaluation PCB used in the application must use RF circuit design techniques. Signal lines must have 50 ohm impedance and connect the package ground leads and exposed pad directly to the ground plane. Use a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes.
