Product Overview
The HCPL-3180-300E is a 1-channel 8-pin surface-mount Gate Drive Optocoupler has a GaAsP LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power stage. It is ideally suited for high frequency driving of power IGBT and MOSFETs used in plasma display panels, high performance DC/DC convertors and motor control inverter applications.
- Under voltage lock-out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- 2A Minimum peak output current
- 250kHz Maximum switching speed
- 200ns Maximum propagation delay over temperature range
- 10kV/μs Minimum common mode rejection (CMR) at Vcm=1500V
- 20ns Typical pulse width distortion
