The HLMP-K150 from Avago is a through hole, double hetero junction AlGaAs red LED. This LED is low current, low power/low forward voltage, outstanding material efficiency, CMOS/MOS compatible and TTL compatible. LED material has outstanding light output efficiency at very low drive currents, Led colour is deep red at 637nm wavelength. HLMP-K150 is ideally suited for use where high light and minimum power output is required such as low power circuits, battery powered equipment and telecommunication indicators.
