Product Overview
DC1659A-A is a demonstration circuit featuring the LT6109-1 high-side current sense amplifier with reference and comparators. The demo board circuit amplifies the voltage across an on-board current sense resistor, to provide a precision unipolar voltage output that is proportional to the sensed current. The board has two on-board comparators with latching outputs and an integrated 400mV reference that sets the threshold for the comparators.
- 2.7V to 60V input supply range
- 100V/V current sense gain
- Comparator1 threshold : 300mA at VIOUT = 3.0V and Comparator2 threshold : 50mA at VIOUT = 0.5V
- 800µA typ quiescent current at VIN=12V
- 4A max output load current range at thermal limit of RSENSE
- 1V typ measured output signal at ILOAD = 100mA
