Product Overview
SBRT5A50SA-13 is a trench super barrier rectifier. It provides low VF and excellent high-temperature stability. This device is ideal for use in general rectification applications such as boost diode, blocking diode, and recirculating diode.
- Reduced ultra-low forward voltage drop (VF); better efficiency and cooler operation
- Reduced high temperature reverse leakage
- Increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation
- Patented super barrier rectifier technology (SBR®)
- Average rectified output current is 5A at TA = +25°C
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +150°C
- SMA case
- Forward voltage drop is 0.39V at IF = 2.5A, TJ = +25°C
- Leakage current is 30μA typ at VR = 50V, TJ = +25°C
