Product Overview
REF_WATERPUMP100W is a reference design developed for 3-phase automotive auxiliary water pumps in the thermal management system. It features: TLE9879QXW40: single chip 3-phase motor driver IAUC60N04S6N031H: 40V MOSFET in 5x6 SSO8 package, using OptiMOS™-6 technology IPZ40N04S5-3R1: OptiMOS™ 5 40V in S3O8 package. The reference design is optimized in terms of EMC and thermal behaviour.

- Supply voltage range from 7V to 18V
