84907L/-024/-101 is an 84907L programmable step attenuator with option -024 (24V DC supply voltage) and option-101(2.4mm female to 2.4mm female connector. It sets new standards for size and performance by offering coaxial measurements up to 40GHz in a compact, rugged design. The attenuator provides repeatability better than 0.03dB, excellent life (greater than 5 million switching cycles per section), and an attenuation range of 0 to 70dB in 10dB steps. Keysight achieves high attenuation accuracy and low SWR using miniature thin-film attenuation cards composed of high-stability tantalum nitride film on a sapphire substrate. It also delivers outstanding insertion loss—2.4dB at 40GHz—from a unit that is 35% smaller than the Keysight 8495/7 (26.5GHz) family, enabling easy integration into instruments and ATE systems.
